Christian Cook, Lorient’s Quality Manager, reflected on the significance of this year’s theme:
“This year’s theme, ‘From Compliance to Performance,’ gives us the chance to reflect with our teams on the journey we have been on over the past couple of years, why compliance is critical to our customers, and what we must do every day to ensure our products perform to meet customer expectations and relevant certification requirements.
It also enables us to highlight what we have achieved, showcase what we are planning, and to further demonstrate the advantages of a site that not only complies but strives to perform at a high level through the continual improvement of its systems, investment in technology, and the commitment of its employees and team members.”
