An automatic (door bottom) threshold seal which is face-fixed to the bottom edge of single action doors. It operates automatically by a spring loaded mechanism which lifts the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened.
- Meets the smoke leakage performance requirements of BS 5588 when tested in accordance with BS 476 Pt 31.1 and AS 1530.7.

- Single swing doors.
Use with
Any perimeter seal and threshold plate (7000 and 4000 series).
