A heavy duty automatic threshold (door bottom) seal which is spring-loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres. It requires no power connection and is self-levelling on uneven surfaces.
Key Benefits
- Internal silicone fins provide superior acoustic properties - tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995 (see Acoustic Sealing Systems for Door Assemblies manual for details).
- It can be semi-mortised or face fixed.
- It has an aluminium top cover plate which conceals fixing screws and presents an exceptionally smooth external aspect.
- Plastic end plates are supplied for the face-fixed version.
- Highly durable, the seal has completed 1 million cycles without failure.
