IS8010 si - Automatic Threshold (Door Bottom) Seal

A medium duty automatic threshold (door bottom) seal with a high efficiency mechanism. The seal is lifted clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres - resulting in exceptionally low door operating forces. It requires no power connection and is self-levelling on uneven surfaces.

• Internal silicone fins provide superior acoustic properties - tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995 (see Acoustic Sealing Systems for Door Assemblies manual for details).
• Meets the smoke leakage performance requirements of BS 9999 when tested in accordance with BS 476 Pt 31.1 and AS 1530.7.
• Tested for up to 60 minutes under the conditions of BS 476: Pt.20/22: 1987 without compromising fire resistance. Also tested under the conditions of BS EN 1634-1: 2000.
• Highly durable, the seal has completed 1 million cycles without failure.
• Carries CERTIFIRE certification (CF136).

Location

• Single swing doors. For use on both right and left handed doors.

Use with
Any perimeter seal (6000 or 7000 series).
Any threshold plate (4000 series).
